2. What data we process
We only process the data you give us when you contact us: name, email address, phone number, the content of your message and, where applicable, the address and pool details needed to prepare a quote or provide the service. If you hire us, we also process the data needed for invoicing.
You don’t need to register to use the website, and we don’t collect browsing data for analytics or advertising.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and preparing quotes you request via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Providing the services you hire and managing the customer relationship. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We don’t send marketing communications or carry out profiling.
4. How long we keep data
Data from enquiries that don’t lead to a contract is kept for up to one year after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
5. Recipients
We don’t share your data with third parties except where required by law (for example, with the Spanish Tax Agency). Web hosting, email and tax/accounting service providers may access it as data processors, solely in order to provide their services to us.
6. WhatsApp and international transfers
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the communication takes place through that service, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to the United States under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. You can contact us by email or phone if you prefer not to use WhatsApp.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@totalpoolnerja.com or by post to C/ Aperos del Pilar 7, 18600 Motril (Granada), España, stating which right you wish to exercise.
