In Algarrobo Costa the pool is usually communal, which brings shared-use obligations: disinfectant and pH checks, water analysis, treatment records. Add the wear from sea air on the equipment and a dramatic occupancy peak in July and August. The service is organised by season, with frequent visits in summer and a start-up check in spring.
In Algarrobo village the problem is different: small pools, slopes, awkward plant rooms and pumps working against height. Here the hydraulics and access matter most, and maintenance is less frequent but involves more technical judgement on each visit.
